Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original box.  There is no processing fee, however, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.  Once your item is received, we will promptly issue you a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged at info@maviememories.com.  We will do everything we can to make it right.
